1. Disconnect in Your Dashboard
Open the integrations page in your foxd.io dashboard and choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens and account details from our database at once, and from our backups within 7 days.
2. Remove Our Access at the Source
Disconnecting in the dashboard does not remove the permission you gave foxd.io in your Google or Facebook account. To remove it:
- Google. Go to your Google account connections, choose foxd.io, and remove its access.
- Facebook and Instagram. Go to your Facebook business integrations, choose foxd.io, and remove it.
3. Ask Us to Delete Your Data
If you cannot get into your dashboard, or you want us to delete all data about you, email contact@foxd.io from the address on your account. Tell us which accounts the request is about. We will confirm by email when the data is deleted, within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep some records, such as invoices, we will tell you which ones and why.
